Effective April 21, 2026
MCAT Arcade ("the app") is built by Kamery Williams ("I", "me"). This policy describes what data the app handles and how.
MCAT Arcade does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising. Your study progress stays on your device.
MCAT Arcade offers auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store. All purchases are handled entirely by Apple using your Apple ID. I never see or receive your payment information.
The app checks your subscription status through Apple's StoreKit framework to determine whether to unlock content. This check happens on your device and does not send any data to me.
To manage or cancel your subscription, visit Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Apple's subscription terms and their privacy policy apply to all purchases.
The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or SDKs that collect data. The only external service involved is Apple's App Store itself, for delivering the app and handling subscriptions.
MCAT Arcade is intended for users preparing for the Medical College Admission Test, who are typically adults 18 or older. The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone regardless of age.
Because I do not collect any data, there is nothing for me to retain or delete. If you want to remove app data from your device, delete the app — this removes all locally stored progress and settings.
If this policy changes in a material way, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
