How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not MCAT Arcade. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → MCAT Arcade → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you ran into a specific issue with the app, email me too so I can fix it for future users.
I'm in the free trial — when will I be charged?
The 7-day free trial starts when you subscribe. If you don't cancel before day 7, Apple charges the subscription price automatically. Cancel anytime during the trial through Settings → Subscriptions and you won't be charged.
My subscription didn't unlock content after purchase.
Try tapping "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. If that doesn't work, email me with your Apple ID email so I can help sort it out.
I found a bug or a wrong answer on a question.
Please email the question text and the subject/topic. MCAT prep content is carefully curated but mistakes happen, and I fix them quickly.
Will there be more questions or subjects?
Yes. I add content regularly and all updates are included in your subscription.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Once the app verifies your subscription, you can study and play without an internet connection.
I typically respond within 24-48 hours. If it's been longer, check your spam folder or email again.
